Real Estate Drone Services

Florida real estate aerial media

Real estate drone services in Florida.

Plan aerial photography and property video around what buyers need to understand: the home, the lot and the setting.

Choose the right aerial deliverables

Real estate drone photography

Request still images showing the front and rear of the property, outdoor features, access and neighborhood context. Agree on the image count, editing, file sizes and intended listing use before booking.

Aerial property video

Use movement to introduce a property and connect its exterior spaces. Define the final video length, shot list, music permissions, editing, horizontal or vertical format, and revision terms.

Commercial real estate

Show a building in relation to parking, surrounding development and access routes. Explain whether the audience is a buyer, tenant or investor so the brief focuses on relevant features.

Land and waterfront

Describe the acreage, water views and access you want shown. Any requested boundary graphic requires reliable information supplied for review; aerial marketing imagery is not a boundary survey.

Location comes before a confirmed booking

Enter the property’s city, county and ZIP in your request. For Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, Dunedin and Palm Harbor, select Pinellas County. Tampa properties use Hillsborough County. Other Florida locations can be submitted for coverage review.

The hub checks the requested service against approved operator coverage and then reviews availability. Submission does not guarantee coverage, a flight date or a booking. Weather, site access and flight restrictions can affect the plan.

What determines the quote?

Property size, travel, flight planning, image count, editing complexity and delivery requirements all affect scope. The form’s budget bands are preferences, not advertised packages. Price and final deliverables are confirmed separately before work begins.

Prepare a useful project request

  1. Choose the main service and describe any additional photos or video.
  2. Explain the property’s key features and the intended audience.
  3. Add your preferred date, budget and required file formats.
  4. Provide contact and exact location details in the private form, not in public content.

Compare approved portfolio work as it becomes available. The hub retains private contact details and coordinates the assignment.
