These submission guidelines help keep portfolios useful for buyers and consistent with the hub’s privacy-first format.
What belongs in your portfolio
Relevant, permitted work
Submit real estate aerial work that you created and have permission to display. Choose examples that demonstrate property context, camera movement, framing, and editing quality.
A neutral presentation
Use a descriptive project title or hub alias. Describe property type, broad region, deliverables, and your role without identifying yourself or your client.
No direct-contact material
Do not include personal or business names, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, social handles, QR codes, logos, or contact calls to action.
Review the files themselves
Check opening and closing frames, watermarks, audio narration, filenames, and embedded metadata for identifying details. Avoid recognizable client documents, people, house numbers, or other private information.
How review works
- Submit your work through the vendor portal.
- The admin reviews relevance, presentation, and visible identifying details.
- Approved work can appear in the portfolio directory.
- Update or replace work if corrections are requested.
Do not upload confidential documents or identity-verification materials into portfolio galleries. Public images can sometimes be recognized or found elsewhere, so an alias does not guarantee complete anonymity.

Use only a hub-assigned alias. No personal or company names, contact details, external links, social handles, logos, QR codes or identifying captions are allowed in public portfolio material. These rules apply to images, video, audio, thumbnails, filenames and profile fields.
Submit only low-resolution preview copies that you are authorized to publish. Keep original and final client files outside the public portfolio uploader. Use a neutral hub watermark, never your own identifying watermark. External video embeds and outside portfolio links are not allowed because they can identify the provider.
All submissions and changes require admin review before publication. Automated safeguards cannot recognize every logo, name or identifying detail; an administrator must inspect the actual media and its visible text before approving it.
No theft-proof display
Preview watermarks and disabled casual copying controls are deterrents. Anything displayed in a browser can still be captured, including by screenshot. The hub cannot guarantee that public images will never be copied or that a recognizable property cannot be found elsewhere.
Portfolio previews are for evaluating work. Do not reuse or redistribute an operator’s images without permission. Stock illustrations on our own pages are labelled separately and are not operator work.
