Your vendor checklist
- Sign in and read the agreement below. Sign using your own legal name. The Hub records your acceptance privately.
- Complete private operator onboarding. Enter accurate contact details, your business/base address, services and coverage counties. Add five-digit ZIP codes only if you want to restrict those counties.
- Prepare your portfolio. Use your own permitted work. Upload JPG or PNG web previews only, maximum 2 MB and 16 megapixels each. Images are reduced to 1200 pixels and given a Hub watermark. Keep original files privately. Direct video uploads are currently unavailable.
- Submit a public portfolio for review. Use your Hub alias, a clear property/service description and relevant category. Never place identity or contact information in public fields or media. New submissions and edits require administrator review.
- Wait for approval and check assigned projects. Applications are not bookings. Use only the Hub-approved brief; exact shoot locations are released separately. Confirm scope, schedule, flight requirements and delivery instructions with the Hub before work starts.
Do
- Keep client permissions, releases and license evidence; provide them privately when requested.
- Check every image for faces, visible address details, signs, logos and other identifying information.
- Keep your services and coverage current. Report rights or safety concerns promptly.
Do not
- Use copied listings, someone else’s portfolio, stock photos as your work, or unlicensed music.
- Include your name, logo, phone, email, website, social handle, QR code or outside booking link in public work.
- Publish customer information, access codes, private addresses or confidential project files.
- Claim verification, approval or a booking before the Hub confirms it, or re-upload removed content without approval.

Parties and scope
This agreement is between you, the submitting vendor, and the operator of floridarealestatedronevideos.com, trading on this site as Florida Real Estate Drone Videos (the Hub). It applies to your account, portfolio submissions and services arranged through the Hub. You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind any business you represent.
Ownership and permissions
You represent that portfolio work accurately depicts work you created or were authorized to produce, that you own or control all rights needed to submit it and grant the license below, and that you have all required permissions for publication, including applicable client, property, privacy, likeness, music and third-party content permissions. Do not submit stolen images, copied listings, stock images presented as your work, unlicensed music, misleading credentials, or material subject to a conflicting exclusive license. Keep permission and license records and provide them privately to the Hub on request.
Limited license to the Hub
You retain your copyright. You grant the Hub a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize, crop, re-encode, remove identifying metadata, watermark and display submitted previews to operate and promote your portfolio and the Hub, including through its hosting and delivery providers. This does not transfer ownership or permit sale of your originals as standalone stock. You may request removal through your existing Hub contact; the Hub will cease new promotional use and remove public copies under its control within a reasonable period, subject to backups, legal retention and copies outside its control.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions, your equipment, permissions, flight decisions and compliance with applicable aviation and safety rules. Do not accept a job you cannot perform lawfully. Hub review is not a certification of your rights, credentials, safety or legal compliance. Assignments, pricing, scheduling and delivery terms require separate confirmation; registration does not guarantee work.
Privacy and platform conduct
Use only your Hub alias in public titles, descriptions and media. Do not include names, logos, watermarks identifying you, phone numbers, emails, websites, social handles, QR codes, identifiable speech, or other means of tracing or contacting you outside the Hub. Keep legal identity, business address, coverage, credentials and rights evidence in private fields. Do not expose customer details, publish exact job addresses or access instructions, solicit customers outside the Hub using project information, or reuse customer information for marketing.
Review, removal and repeat violations
All portfolios and changes require Hub review. The Hub may reject, suspend, remove or disable material or accounts while investigating rights, safety, privacy or policy concerns. Repeated substantiated infringement or serious violations may result in account termination. Promptly notify the Hub through your existing Hub contact if you learn your submission infringes rights, lacks permission or should be removed; cooperate with review and preserve relevant evidence. Do not re-upload removed material without written approval.
Release and indemnity for vendor content
To the extent permitted by law, you release the Hub and its personnel from your claims arising solely from uses of your submissions that you expressly authorize in this agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold them harmless against third-party copyright, privacy or other rights claims, damages and reasonable legal costs to the extent caused by your infringement or breach of your rights and permission promises. The Hub must provide prompt notice of a claim and reasonable cooperation; no settlement may impose an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent. This does not release or indemnify the Hub for its own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, willful misconduct or uses outside the granted license, and does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Public preview limitations
Public images can be captured or copied even when download controls are disabled. The Hub does not guarantee prevention of copying, screenshots or third-party misuse. Submit only web previews you have permission to display, retain your originals and do not upload confidential client files.
Electronic acceptance and records
By typing your legal name, checking the agreement box and selecting Sign vendor agreement, you intend to sign this agreement electronically. The Hub stores your typed name, account ID, agreement version and exact text, UTC timestamp, and the connection IP address observed by its server for agreement administration and dispute handling. These records are private to you and authorized administrators, subject to lawful disclosure. An IP address may identify a network or proxy and is not proof of identity. You can view and print your accepted record in this portal. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Private onboarding and portfolio submission become available after you sign. No agreement acceptance is recorded simply by viewing this page.
Anonymous previews only
Keep your identity and contact details in the private onboarding form. Public portfolio titles, text and media must not contain names, logos, phone numbers, email, websites, social handles or QR codes. Upload JPG or PNG previews only (maximum 2 MB and 16 megapixels). Vendor images are reduced to 1200 pixels, assigned neutral filenames and given a hub preview watermark.
Keep originals and final client files outside public galleries. Direct video uploads are currently disabled until a reviewed, watermarked video-preview workflow is in place. Every portfolio and change needs admin review. Read the portfolio rules.
