How operator onboarding works
1. Create your account
Sign in, then use the vendor portal to provide your real name, business contact details and base location privately to the hub. These details are needed for coordination and are not public portfolio content.
2. Define your coverage
Select the real estate media services you provide, the counties you cover and any ZIP restrictions. Keep your coverage current so the hub can compare it with project locations.
3. Submit anonymous samples
Use work you have permission to display. Remove names, logos, contact details, websites, social handles, QR codes and other identifying content. Do not link to external portfolios or embed branded video players. Follow the portfolio review requirements.
4. Review assignments
Applications require approval. The hub reviews service and location fit and assigns projects; approved operators see the reviewed assignment details in their portal. Joining does not guarantee jobs, income or exclusivity.
Public work, private identities
Your public presence uses an operator alias. Personal and business identity, phone, email, website and social accounts must stay out of titles, descriptions, images, audio, video, filenames and profile fields. The hub reviews submissions before publication.
Upload only portfolio previews, never client originals or confidential material. Publicly displayed media can still be captured or screenshotted. Preview safeguards discourage casual copying but cannot guarantee theft prevention.
